Summary Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Coil Winder to join our production team. This role is responsible for manufacturing coils while following specifications, work instructions, while upholding quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Coil Winder sets up and operates manual or automated machinery to wind wire around bobbins
- Soldering of wires and circuit boards to coils
- Product testing
- Building of coils
- Molding of coils
- Daily Cleanup duties
- Frequent use of hands and fingers, lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
Basic Qualifications:
- Previous Manufacturing / Assembly experience is a plus
- Good Dexterity and fine motor skills for handling of hand tools, fine wire, and small components
- Attention to detail, with ability to read and follow work instructions
- Understanding of quality control principles
Education:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
