  • Interface with PLM tools (e.g., PTC Windchill, Teamcenter, or equivalent) to manage configuration data and engineering change workflows.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure CM requirements flow down and compliance is maintained across the supply chain.
  • Develop and track CM metrics, report status and issues to program leadership and customers on a regular cadence.
  • Support proposal activities by defining CM scope, estimating CM labor, and contributing to technical volumes.

Required Qualifications
  • AA/AS or BA/BS in related technical discipline, plus 8+ years of progressive CM experience in aerospace, defense, or a closely related highly regulated industry.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role, including technical management process ownership.
  • Deep working knowledge of CM standards and principles (e.g., part numbering, release workflows).
  • Demonstrated experience administering CCBs, processing engineering changes, and managing configuration baselines through development and production.
