REGISTERED NURSE GWEN -GO WHERE EVENT NEEDED
Clinical Full Time Oct 30, 2025

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Registered Nurse - Go Where Event Needed (GWEN) is a member of an elite group of direct patient care nurses who provide a flexible staffing resource to nursing units during times of high census or acuity or whenever replacement RNs are needed as a result of time off (PTO), sick calls, staff turnover, coverage for educational trainings, etc. GWEN nurses are pre-scheduled to work specific shifts, but must be willing to receive unit and patient assignments on short notice and change assignments at any time as the need arises. GWEN nurses portray an enthusiastic, can do attitude, representing the profession of nursing in a positive manner and exemplifying the mission and vision of the hospital as they interact with patients/families, physicians and co-workers.

  • Minimum of six (6) months experience on an acute care unit as RN

Position Pay Range: $36.00- $57.00/hour
