Loan Partner

Areas of Responsibility / Job Duties

Summary

Works as a producing team member with an Executive Loan Officer Team to assist with sales initiatives, generate new leads, and provide high-quality customer service to clients, along with other responsibilities as assigned.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Contact with Prospective Clients for intake and scheduling purposes
  • Take initial loan applications
    • Follow-up with all potential clients
    • Execute Pre-approval follow-up system
  • Schedule Realtor calls/meetings with new prospects
    • Follow-up with Realtors on all closed transactions
  • Follow up on meetings, including setting up another meeting
  • Follow-up on funded loans
  • Reach out to past clients for refinance opportunities
  • Assist with writing pre-approval letters
  • Assisting with existing Team Psaradelis loan pipeline as directed
  • Participation and Teaching of Home Buyer Classes
    • Execute follow-up system for attendees
  • Participation in all team meetings
  • Other projects assigned


Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required, ability to work with diverse base of contacts (Loan Officers, clients, agents, lenders, title companies, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a gifting at establishing and following systems.
  • Computer skills required for this position include intermediate/advanced MSWord, Outlook (e-mail), Excel, PPT, Adobe, and Encompass mortgage origination software and AI.
  • Social media expertise preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines on a consistent basis.
  • Desire to look for ways to go the extra mile with a positive attitude
  • Licensed Loan Officer with (5) years industry experience required.
