We’re growing and looking for experienced Paratransit Drivers (with Z endorsement) to join our team, you’ll be part of a company that values your skills, professionalism, and commitment to patient care.

If you’re a skilled driver with a Z Endorsement and a heart for helping others, this role is for you. As a Paratransit Driver, you’ll be more than a driver — you’ll be a trusted part of someone’s daily routine, helping passengers travel safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

Shift Availability: 3-11, Overnights, Weekends

What You’ll Do:
  • Safely operate paratransit vehicles while following DOT and company standards.
  • Provide door-to-door service for passengers with mobility challenges.
  • Assist with boarding, wheelchair securement, and mobility devices.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with patience and professionalism.
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and your team.
  • Complete vehicle inspections and trip documentation.

What You Bring:
  • Valid driver’s license with Z Endorsement.
  • Clean driving record.
  • A positive attitude and strong people skills.
  • Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs.
  • Reliability and a safety-first mindset.
  • Paratransit or customer service experience is a plus (but not required).
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 125 pounds unassisted.
