Tire Pros & Wheel Experts is a full-service automotive repair facility working on all makes and models. We’re known not only for reliable maintenance and repair, but also for our specialty in custom wheels, tires, and suspension upgrades like lift kits.
We’re a fast-paced, customer-focused shop that values honesty, quality work, and a strong team environment.
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who can deliver exceptional customer service while effectively managing repair orders and shop workflow.
The ideal candidate is organized, knowledgeable about automotive repair, and confident in communicating with customers about both standard maintenance and custom upgrades.
Responsibilities

  •  Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly first impression 
  •  Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues 
  •  Build estimates for repairs, maintenance, tires, wheels, and suspension upgrades 
  •  Communicate recommended services clearly and confidently 
  •  Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians 
  •  Provide updates on vehicle status and timelines 
  •  Upsell services when appropriate (without being pushy) 
  •  Handle invoicing, payments, and follow-ups 
  •  Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business 
Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (preferred)
  •  Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes 
  •  Experience with tires, wheels, and/or suspension upgrades is a big plus
  •  Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  •  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Proficiency with shop management software (experience with Protractor or similar is a plus) 
  •  Valid driver’s license
