Laboratory Technician – Join ACC’s Growing Team!
Do you love science, precision, and hands-on work that makes a real impact? Advanced Chemical Company (ACC) is expanding our laboratory team and looking for a Laboratory Technician who’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our world-class precious metals refining operation.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). You’ll start on a 5-day schedule for training, then move to a 4-day work week (four 10-hour days, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) — a rotating schedule that truly supports work-life balance.
What You’ll Do:
  • Support laboratory operations in Inorganic Wet Chemistry, Instrumentation, and Fire Assaying
  • Perform sample preparation, testing, analysis, and documentation of results
  • Conduct quality control testing and maintain analytical instrumentation
  • Assist with calibration and maintenance of test equipment
  • Cross-train in other laboratory areas to broaden your skills
  • Contribute to a safe, efficient, and detail-oriented lab environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • High School Diploma and relevant industrial or lab experience
  • Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science field
  • Hands-on experience in laboratory testing or wet chemistry (environmental or analytical lab experience a plus)
