Join our team at Westerly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Centeras a Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)!

MUST HAVE A MULTI-STATE LICENSE - FACILITY IS LOCATED ON THE BORDER OF CT AND RI - LOCATED IN RI

Daily Pay!

$5 PIB

$1.50 Shift Diff for 3 PM - 11 PM

$2 Shift Diff for 11 PM - 7 AM

RN Only; Sign-On Bonus up to $10,000 - Full-Time

LPN Only; Sign-On Bonuses $6,000 for full-time and $3,000 for part-time


RN: $40-55/Hour

LPN: $35-49/Hour

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

  • Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

  • Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

  • Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

  • Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

  • A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Rhode Island.

  • Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

  • Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
