Visiting Nurse Services Westchester, established in 1901, is looking for nurse professionals in Westchester, and The Bronx for it's LHCSA, VNS@Home.

Fee For Service: $50 to $125 per visit, depending on the type of visit.
Our VNSW@Home nurses ensure the quality and safe delivery of home health services. They assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate all care in the home. The nurse carries out this process in a collaborative relationship with the patient and through the supervision and training of Home Health Aides.
Qualifications:
License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New York.
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in a home healthcare or Medical/Surgical program such as critical care, ER, Wound care and similar types of specialties.
  2. Ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients and families in the home setting.
  3. Professional liability insurance in the amount specified by VNSW.
  4. Ability to utilize industry technology such as a tablet when in the field with patients.
  5. Ability to drive with automobile in good working condition and available for use in the field.
