Job description

As a Clinic Manager for Swope Health West Clinic, you will supervise and be part of a team of caregivers to provide care for the people who need it most. The Clinic Manager is responsible for the oversight of all operational aspects within the clinic with the goals of providing optimal patient experience, delivering high-quality care, and controlling costs. The Clinic Manager serves as a liaison between medical staff and other clinical staff coordinating the day-to-day operation of clinic services. If you have a passion for working with a team of dedicated caregivers to make care visible every day, this role is for you.

Monday - Friday schedule
8a - 5p - no weekends or evenings
LPN: $80,000 - $91,000 (based on experience)
RN: $90,000 - $96,000
Full-time Benefits that start the month after your first day

Successful Candidates will have:
• Current LPN licensure required. Licensed in Missouri; Dual license preferred in MO & KS.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in ambulatory care.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with patients and multi-disciplinary staff
