The Senior Business Systems Analyst - Warehouse Technology leads the optimization and management of key warehouse systems that support our new distribution facility in Merrillville, IN. Our 400,000 square foot facility uses state-of-the art technology while minimizing our carbon footprint and serves as one of our global shipping hubs responsible for meeting the demand of our customers internationally.

In this role, you'll serve as the technical owner of our central warehouse control systems (WMS, WCS, WES) ensuring system configuration, automation, and processes are aligned to improve throughput, accuracy, and productivity. Acting as the link between IT, Supply Chain, and third-party systems integrators you'll enable smart, scalable warehouse operations through technology deployment and integration.

What You Will Do

  • System Integration: Ensure seamless communication across automated equipment, warehouse systems (WMS, WCS, WES), and ERP platforms to support seamless operations.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve connectivity, control, and integration issues during commissioning and live operations.
  • Deployment & Commissioning: Execute on-site deployment activities using project plans, checklists, and tracking tools.
  • Collaboration: Partner with site teams, integrators, and engineering leaders to deliver successful, on-time implementations.
  • Technology Ownership: Manage WMS/WES configurations, support upgrades and testing, and lead root cause analysis for system issues.
  • Change Management & Governance: Maintain documentation and standards, prioritize enhancements, support testing and go-live, and train key users and operations leaders.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
  • 4-7 years' experience in controls integration, automation, or deployment roles in industrial or automated warehouse settings.
  • Hands-on experience with systems integration (not software or PLC development) in live production (brownfield) environments.
  • Proficiency with WES control and project management tools.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across machines, networks, and control systems.
  • Techno-Functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud WMS, ERP.
  • Exposure to WES/WCS-driven Goods-to-Person picking and conveyor platforms.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse process design and execution.
  • Experience in writing complex SQL queries, creating web reports, and data models within a SaaS ERP/WMS environment.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Experience simplifying restrictive lot/QC configurations
    • Knowledge of integration architecture and data flows
    • Lean / Six Sigma certification
    • Multi-site implementation experience

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $145,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
