We are currently seeking a Coil Supervisor for our Odessa, TX location.
PURPOSE:
Oversees and trains field service personnel performing onsite routine services including installation, maintenance, repairs, as well as application of standard operating procedures for product line specific equipment, tools, and techniques ensuring safe execution of operations according to client requirements and expectations.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
  • Supervises and provides technical support for all operations at the wellsite, yard, and any other location where work is being performed ensuring efficiency and quality assurance; maintains communication with client well site representative, rig crew, and field support staff
  • Plans and coordinates operations utilizing technical expertise to determine the need, technique, and use of equipment; advises client on proper procedures and troubleshoots onsite issues
  • Promotes the company HSE program and ensures work is performed in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as company and industry standards; conducts daily pre-job safety meeting
  • Operates cranes at the wellsite and any other location as needed.
  • Prepares and delivers comprehensive job documentation including, but not limited to, field tickets, job detail reports, maintenance forms and work orders, safety meeting and JSA forms; ensures crew prepares and delivers required documentation
  • Trains, coaches, and mentors trainees
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education: Less than High School Education
  • Degree Field (s): •
  • Work Experience: 2-4 years
  • Supervisory Experience: Not Applicable
  • Related Experience:
    • Valid Class A Driver's License with X endorsement and acceptable driving record
    • Current Well Control Certificate
    • Valid NCCCO Crane Operator License

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education: Less than High School Education
  • Degree Field (s): •
  • Work Experience: 4-6 years
  • Supervisory Experience: Not Applicable
  • Related Experience:
    • Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal forms
    • Proficiency with MS Office 365 applications
