Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and couples therapy to a diverse clientele, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our user-friendly electronic medical records (EMR) system.
  • Schedule appointments effectively, using our dedicated scheduling system to keep an updated calendar and ensure clients receive timely support.
  • Work with a variety of clinical presentations, from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Coordinate with our billing service to manage client accounts, ensuring accurate claims submission and reimbursement processes for therapy services.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 yearly, plus potential bonuses based on performance. All therapists are classified as W2 employees and are compensated at an hourly rate. In addition to a strong financial package, we also provide:
