Verve Wellness & Consulting Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. The position operates in a flexible remote setting, enabling our therapists to create a work-life balance that suits their individual needs. • Provide individual and couples therapy to a diverse clientele, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each individual.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our user-friendly electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Schedule appointments effectively, using our dedicated scheduling system to keep an updated calendar and ensure clients receive timely support.
• Work with a variety of clinical presentations, from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate with our billing service to manage client accounts, ensuring accurate claims submission and reimbursement processes for therapy services.

Our practice serves clients from various age groups and background. We are particularly focused on offering support to individuals and couples grappling with challenges such as mental health disorders, life transitions, and relationship issues. The ability to work effectively with varying clinical presentations is critical to this role.

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the ability to practice independently.
• Demonstrated professionalism with defined therapeutic boundaries and strong cultural competency.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing time efficiently to meet client needs and organizational expectations.

• Significant experience and/or training in couples therapy core concepts and practices.
• Prior experience in a remote working environment is advantageous but not required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 yearly, plus potential bonuses based on performance. All therapists are classified as W2 employees and are compensated at an hourly rate. In addition to a strong financial package, we also provide:
