Job description

Job Title: Clinical Dietitian 

Job Type: FT

How you'll contribute 

The Clinical Dietitian approves menus including modified diets, provides nutritional assessments for patients as needed, and provides counsel to patients and their

families on dietary plans, food selections, preparation, and nutritional principles. The Dietician monitors the performance improvement plans of the Dietary Services department and provides input in the development and implementation of patient care plans in relation to nutritional needs.

Qualifications and requirements 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Requires a minimum of three (3) years' dietary experience in a health care facility, with concentration in nutritional assessment and planning.
  • License: Current Registration with the American Dietetic Association (RD or RDN) or similar organization and licensure per state of practice required.
  • Additional Requirements: May be required to work flexible hours.
