Job description

General Manager — Restore Hyper Wellness® | Mountain Brook, AL

Restore Hyper Wellness® is on a mission to help people improve their health and wellness through innovative, science-backed services. Our Mountain Brook studio opened in December 2021 and has been voted Best Wellness Center in Birmingham in 2024 and 2025.

We are seeking an experienced General Manager with strong team leadership, sales, business development and operational management skills to lead our studio through its next phase of growth.

As General Manager, you will lead a talented team of wellness professionals, build our membership community, develop our department leaders and help thousands of clients expand the limits of their personal health and performance so they can do more of what they love.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, develop and coach a high-performing team of wellness professionals
  • Drive membership and revenue growth through exceptional client experiences, consultative sales, lead nurturing, referrals and community partnerships
  • Develop team members and department leaders through clear expectations, coaching and accountability
  • Manage day-to-day studio operations and ensure consistent execution of Restore best practices
  • Understand and actively manage key performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities and implement action plans to achieve growth targets
  • Create a culture of ownership, teamwork, continuous improvement and exceptional client service
  • Build relationships with local businesses, healthcare and fitness professionals, community organizations and other referral partners
  • Educate and inspire team members and clients about Restore's services and their potential health and wellness benefits
  • Proactively identify challenges, develop solutions, execute plans and measure results
  • Represent the Restore brand and its mission to bring Hyper Wellness® to more people so they can do more of what they love
What We're Looking For
  • 3–5+ years of successful management and team leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant business and leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, develop and hold a team accountable for results
  • Demonstrated success in consultative sales, membership growth, retail, hospitality, fitness, wellness or another service-oriented business
  • Strong business acumen and comfort using KPIs to manage performance and make decisions
  • A proactive, solution-oriented management style with strong follow-through
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and lead multiple departments and initiatives
  • High standards of ethics, integrity and reliability
  • A servant-leadership mindset combined with the ability to establish clear expectations and accountability
  • Genuine interest in helping people improve their health, wellness and quality of life
  • A desire to learn, grow and apply proven best practices
