Job description

Job Title: Data Manager (Part-Time) Location: King of Prussia, PA Type: Contract - 18 months Compensation: $75.00 - $80.00/hr W2 Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote Hours: Part time 10-20 hours per week **Please note that we cannot work C2C with any other agency**

Our client is seeking a hands on clinical data manager, who can be available during core business hours. The role is responsible for managing and ensuring the quality, accuracy and integrity of the clinical trial data.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the Clinical EDC database to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Review and clean data, manage discrepancies, and perform vendor data reconciliation.
  • Author and maintain data management related study plans.
  • Implement and monitor appropriate edit checks to ensure data quality.
  • Oversee data management metrics and generate regular reports for the team.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data issues effectively.
  • Conduct medical coding and maintain high data quality standards from collection through database lock.
  • Archive and decommission the database at study end.

Requirements

  • Experience in data management within a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with Clinical EDC systems and data review processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in vendor data reconciliation and database maintenance is preferred.
