1st Shift and 2nd Shift Available

Pay up to $35/hour | All Skill Levels Welcome

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components
  • Assemble and tack weld exhaust systems and related components
  • Accurately read and work from blueprints and weld symbols
  • Assist with general shop and fabrication tasks to broaden skill sets
  • Support fabrication processes using equipment such as:
    • Brake press
    • Shear
    • Roller

What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Hands-on MIG welding experience (school, farm, or professional experience considered)
  • Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
  • Basic understanding of metal fabrication processes
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Plasma cutting or wire‑feed welding experience
  • Familiarity with measuring tools such as tape measures
  • Experience with fabrication equipment and shop tools

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $33.00/hr.
