US Tech Force is looking for hardworking professional Skilled Welderswho enjoy meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. The position includes fitting and joining, fabricating, and repairing metal and other weldable material by applying appropriate welding techniques in accordance with product specifications and production schedules.


Preferred Qualifications/Experience

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent, relevant experience
  • Associates degree in-process or achieved preferred.
  • 1+ years' experience in a metal fabrication/manufacturing environment desirable
  • Demonstrated ability in MIG or TIG welding of carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum of varying thicknesses.
  • Knowledge of blueprints, tolerances and weld symbols.
  • Strong knowledge of various welding processes, fixturing design and development of work instructions
  • Ability and experience working on a team, setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, quickly and accurately with changing priorities.
  • Must be detail oriented and thorough with excellent written/verbal communication.
  • Action-oriented, customer service-oriented attitude, taking initiative to follow projects and jobs through the production process.
  • Engaging personality capable of generating and growing meaningful relationships with coworkers and customers.
  • Experience working in ISO 9001 certified environment
