Half-Time Welding Instructor 
To teach at Pella's Career Academy 
Anticipated: Welding instructor 


Pella Schools is anticipating a Welding Instructor opening for the 2026-2027 school year. Instructor teaches 2 blocks per day, providing students with hands-on instruction in welding and metal fabrication while fostering technical skills, workplace safety, and professional behaviors necessary for success in post-secondary education, skilled trades, and related careers.

Required Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required with 3+ years of welding experience (minimum of 3000 hours,) with an emphasis in GMAW.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Metals Science or Industrial Arts preferred.
