Job Overview:

The Opportunity:

You will play a vital hands-on role assisting experienced craftspeople while rapidly building your skills in structural framing, finishing, and restoration. This role empowers you to develop a long-term trade career while delivering quality work to clients in their time of need. You will work alongside dedicated mentors who prioritize your safety, professional growth, and technical development.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Assist lead carpenters with daily tasks including framing, finishing, remodeling, and damage restoration.
  • Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and building components with high precision under supervision.
  • Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials for optimal site efficiency.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely while following all jobsite protocols and OSHA standards.
  • Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free residential and commercial work environments.
  • Help install doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, drywall, and structural elements accurately.
  • Actively participate in on-the-job training sessions to advance toward skilled carpenter roles.
