Job Description

We are seeking skilled welders to join our team in North Woods, NH. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for welding and a keen eye for detail. We are open to recent tech school grads as well as 1-3 year welders. This role will offer $20 - $25 an hour. You will be fabricating structural steel in the shop in Berlin, NH.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks according to blueprints and specifications.
• Ensure high-quality welds are produced in compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a welding role is advantageous.
• Quick adaptation to new tasks and environments.

Work Environment

The position involves working with advanced welding equipment in a structured facility. The job offers a standard workweek with potential for overtime, and adherence to safety protocols is mandatory.

This is a Contract position based out of Berlin, NH.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
