Job description

Registered Apprentice-CNC Machining

Dynomax, Inc is a family owned company that designs, manufactures, and develops high-precision machined components, sub-assemblies, and electrical components for the aerospace and defense industries. We are seeking a Registered Apprentice with interest in becoming a CNC Machinist. This three-year program combines targeted coursework at Harper Community College in Palatine, Illinois with relevant work rotations at Dynomax, Inc in Wheeling, Illinois

Apprentices who successfully complete this three-year program will:

  • Work in a paid, benefit-eligible full-time position at Dynomax, Inc
  • Earn a tuition-free Associate in Applied Science degree in Manufacturing Technology
  • Receive national credentials and a National RA Certificate upon successful completion

Apprentice Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively and understand verbal and written directions given in the English language
  • Professional work experience not required
