We are seeking skilled and dependable MIG and TIG Welders/Fitters to join our second shift production team. While welding certification is not required, candidates must be able to pass a weld test and demonstrate proficiency with various profiles and material thicknesses.

This is a full-time position on the second shift (Monday-Friday) 3:00 pm - 1:30 am. Some overtime, including occasional Saturdays, may be required to meet project deadlines.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and fabricate metal assemblies according to drawings, specifications, and company standards.
  • Determine required equipment and welding method, applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques to complete assembly.
  • Performs related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding.
  • Finish grind and sand welds to meet appearance standards.
  • Move metal components by hand and machine assisted with chain rigging, overhead/jib crane, material conveyor, or transfer stations and other material handling equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the welding process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 2-years of experience in welding, fabrication, or related field.
  • Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate welding equipment, hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, technical drawings, and weld symbols.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to consistent produce quality product.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in various environments.
  • Accountable and self-motivated.
  • Able to read, understand, and follow safety procedures.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift.
  • Must be able to lift and manipulate 50 lbs.
