The ABS Welder will be responsible for welding, assembling, and inspecting components to ensure they meet our quality standards. This role requires expertise in ABS welding techniques, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform ABS welding operations according to engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment, including but not limited to MIG and TIG welding machines.
  • Fabricate and assemble components using ABS welding techniques, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
  • Inspect welded joints for defects and make necessary adjustments or repairs to meet quality standards.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an ABS Welder or in a similar welding role.
  • Proficiency in ABS welding techniques, including MIG and TIG welding.
