The Welder is responsible for joining materials using proper welding techniques to meet customer requirements and quality standards. This position requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine the correct welding process for each product. (MIG some TIG)
  • Select appropriate welding equipment and determine the proper welding sequence.
  • Weld components to meet customer specifications and verify weld integrity using non-destructive testing methods.
  • Accurately record completed quantities and production data in the ERP system.
  • Measure final products to ensure conformance with customer blueprints.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Perform daily and weekly preventive maintenance as assigned.
  • Promote safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous quality improvement in accordance with company policies.
  • Exhibit leadership through integrity, initiative, and teamwork; foster a respectful and positive workplace culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
