This position is located on site at our Gary, IN location.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate the scale and interface with drivers and management with regard to payments and weight
  • Enter Maintenance hours for mechanics, equipment and work order entry
  • Payroll duties including entry and verification (when Site Administrator is not available)
  • Purchase supplies for office; issue miscellaneous purchase orders as needed
  • Other administrative types of duties
