This position is located on site at our Gary, IN location.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate the scale and interface with drivers and management with regard to payments and weight
- Enter Maintenance hours for mechanics, equipment and work order entry
- Payroll duties including entry and verification (when Site Administrator is not available)
- Purchase supplies for office; issue miscellaneous purchase orders as needed
- Other administrative types of duties
