RN – Homecare Nurse – Holyoke, MA Area

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one homecare services for pediatric and adult patients in the Holyoke, MA area. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities to work with patients across a variety of acuity levels in the comfort of their homes. New graduates are encouraged to apply. No prior homecare experience is required.

Position Highlights

  • Flexible day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available

Responsibilities

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused assessments to identify patient needs.
  • Monitor and document physiologic and psychosocial changes in patient condition.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret patient data to support nursing care.
  • Provide compassionate one-on-one nursing care in the home setting.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Perform other RN duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility requirements).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Homecare experience preferred but not required.
