Santé is seeking a Part-Time Weekends Mobile Crisis Clinician to join our new Regional Mobile Response Team (MRT) in Baltimore County, MD.

This is a Part-Time role working weekends, 10am to 6pm.

As an MRT Clinician, you will assess, evaluate, and perform crisis intervention techniques, develop crisis plans, and serve as the on-site resource for clinical information and partner with all involved parties, including but not limited to families, friends, and community providers.


What You’ll Do:

  • Perform on-scene assessments, clinical evaluation, and treatment plans upon entry to community situations.
  • Effectively perform crisis intervention, including de-escalation, crisis planning, and implementation.
  • Design appropriate referral recommendations using available community resources.
  • Partner with police, first responders, and other community agencies when needed.
  • Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.


What We Require:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling and at least two (2) years of crisis experience.
    • Experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be eligible to OR possess and maintain current licensure in the State of Maryland (LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C or LCPC)
    • Willing to train newly licensed individuals or candidates scheduled to test within 1 month of hire.
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. This is a fast-paced position with constant activity. The employee must be able to quickly escape from an emergency situation, which may include running, climbing, balancing or crawling. Must have adequate visual acuity to interact with the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and accurately input data. Will need to move about up to 75% of work shift either on-site or in the community. Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of work shift. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
