Qualifications of an ideal Care Associate:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • CNA or HHA in applicable state
  • First Aid & CPR Certified

Care Associateย Job Summary:

As aย Care Associate, you will be responsible for the high level of care and comfort our residents expect from us.

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) while making meaningful connections with each Resident.
  • Provide safe transferring, assistance with personal hygiene, memory care stimulation, and social interaction.
