Position: Residential Counselor DSP
Location: Owings Mills, MD and Baltimore County sites
Pay: 18.00 per hour
Setting: In person group homes
  • WEEKENDS ONLY:  Saturday & Sunday 7 AM to 3 PM - or - 7 AM - 11 PM

Service Areas
Owings Mills, Reisterstown, Randallstown, Towson, and Baltimore City and County. Staff must be flexible to work at multiple locations based on program needs.
About the Role
Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Assist with daily living, promote independence, ensure health and safety, and maintain DDA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with hygiene, meals, medications, and mobility
Support skill building and daily routines
Provide behavioral and emotional support
Transport to appointments and community activities
Complete accurate documentation and reports
Maintain a safe and respectful home environment
Requirements
One year of direct care or related experience
At least 21 years old
Reliable transportation and personal vehicle
Strong communication and documentation skills
