RockCreek Seafood & Spirits in Kirkland is currently seeking talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individuals to join our team part time for a seasonal position.


Please note: This is a seasonal position. We expect the employment to range from Spring through mid September. This is dependent upon the flow of the season and has the potential to convert to part-time variable hour employment if it is available post season.


The ideal candidate will be a motivated hospitality professional who is organized, friendly, and passionate. They will have a passion for food and beverage and strive to provide selfless hospitality to our guests. They will have amazing attention to detail, work well as part of a team, and work well under pressure. The busser/support staff will be an integral part of our service team who sets the stage for a memorable meal. We are looking for those who are dedicated and truly enjoy the service industry. We offer sick pay, employee discounts for dining, career growth opportunities, & benefits.


Position includes hourly rate, tips, and if qualified, based on average hours worked, a health, dental, and vision plan after the measurement and administration periods.


We practice tip sharing as a company, more commonly referred to as tipping-out, as well as tip pooling. The Support position is tipped out through our tip sharing policy, and allocated based on the hours worked by the individual.


Wage Range and Benefits

  • Hourly Wage is minimum wage (currently $17.13/hour), plus tips (based on our tip pooling policy).
  • Sick pay is awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours worked. All PSSL is accrued and available for use in accordance with Washington State and local laws.
  • Employee receives 5 designated unpaid days off - Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and the 4th of July (or observed).
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plan election available after 6-month lookback period if eligible based on hours worked (average of 30/week).
    • Employer pays 50% of employee only medical coverage.
    • Dependent/family coverage is available at full cost to the employee.
  • Employee Assistance Program provided upon hire at no cost to the employee.
  • 50% Employee discount provided, for up to three additional guests if dining with you.
  • Employee Referral Incentive Program offered.
  • Weekly pay days.
