Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Edgefield County Jail. This position is ideal for nurses looking to supplement their income, maintain clinical skills, transition toward retirement, or simply enjoy a predictable schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance.

With a commitment of just every other weekend, you'll make a meaningful difference while leaving plenty of time for family, hobbies, school, or another nursing opportunity.

What You'll Do

As part of our healthcare team, you will:

Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
Collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional staff to deliver safe, quality patient care
Help maintain a safe, organized, and patient focused healthcare environment
