Join The Ivy of McKinney as a Part-Time Activities Assistant (weekends only) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors every day. In this onsite role, you will help create a positive, engaging, and supportive environment for residents by planning and leading activities that promote social connection, cognitive stimulation, physical activity, and emotional well-being.

We are looking for a compassionate, creative, and energetic team member who enjoys working with older adults, especially in a memory care or senior living setting. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in activities, life enrichment, resident engagement, dementia care, assisted living, or senior care careers.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with planning and leading daily activities for residents
  • Support games, crafts, music, events, and wellness programs
