Material Handler/Water Spider – Weekend Shift (2nd Shift)
Location: Waco, Texas
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Weekend Shift | 4:00 PM–4:00 AM – Saturday, Sunday, Monday 
Must be able to train on a Monday-Friday shift 

Hours: Work 36 hours and receive pay for 40 hours
Overtime: Voluntary overtime opportunities available during the workweek
Job Summary
Crouch Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable Material Handler/Water Spider to support weekend manufacturing operations in Waco, Texas.
This position is responsible for maintaining a consistent flow of materials, tools, and components throughout the production facility. The Material Handler/Water Spider will ensure production workstations remain properly stocked to prevent delays and keep manufacturing operations running efficiently.
Employees will work three 12-hour shifts for a total of 36 hours and will receive pay for 40 hours. Additional voluntary overtime opportunities may be available during the regular workweek.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver materials, components, tools, and supplies to production workstations.
  • Replenish inventory and materials at workstations throughout the shift.
  • Remove completed products, empty containers, packaging materials, and scrap from production areas.
  • Maintain an organized and consistent flow of materials to prevent production interruptions.
  • Transport materials throughout the manufacturing facility using approved equipment.
  • Assist with inventory transactions using barcode scanners, RF scanners, or ERP systems.
  • Communicate material shortages, damaged inventory, and safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, inventory, and quality teams.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S and Lean Manufacturing standards.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
  • Complete additional material-handling and production-support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, material-handling, or production experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a 12-hour shift.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience using barcode scanners, RF scanners, or inventory systems is preferred.
  • Forklift or powered industrial equipment experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
Compensation and Schedule
  • Pay rate: $20.00 per hour
  • Weekend hours: 4:00 AM–4:00 PM
