Join a fast-growing restoration company as a Lead Technician specializing in water damage, carpet & floor cleaning, and emergency response. $22–$25/hr + incentives - On-call rotation required.

About the Role

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is hiring a Lead Technician with experience in water restoration, carpet & floor cleaning and emergency mitigation services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of jobs and can respond when customers need help most.

This is a field-based, hands-on position with leadership responsibility and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services
  • Respond to emergency calls
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
  • Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation
  • Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles
  • Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services
  • Lead jobs and support team execution – Lead by example

On-Call Requirement (Mandatory)

We provide 24/7 emergency restoration services to our customers.

  • Participation in an on-call rotation is required
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional after-hours response
  • Timely response to emergency service calls is important

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration
  • Comfortable with hands-on physical work
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bonus: IICRC certification (CCT, WRT)
  • Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation preferred
