Tu Rol en Baxter
Responsable de verificar y cotejar que se cumplan con todos los requisitos de Calidad en los procesos de manufactura segun las especificaciones, SOPs y de acuerdo a las Buenas Practicas de Manufactura (GMP), Documentaci6n (GDP) y documentos aplicables vigentes.
Lo que estarás haciendo
  • Verifica materiales y solventes según BOM.
  • Organizar, limpiar, sanitizar y mantener el área de trabajo según las normas y los estándares de producción y Sol 6S.
  • Inspecciona la producción para detectar defectos y lo preparara para el empaque de acuerdo con lo establecido en SOP Y SPECs.
  • Realizar y participa en los re-trabajos del producto no conforme.
  • Maneja el proceso de empaque según los requerimientos de la especificación de producto.
  • Responsable del movimiento del producto ya terminado para ser empacado.
  • Ensamblar componentes, según sea requerido.
  • Asistir durante los recesos de comida y descanso a sus compañeros.
  • Operar maquinaria cuando sea requerido (suplir los materiales, documentación parámetros y pruebas etc) según los Spec y SOP aplicables.
  • Organiza y clasifica todo material desechado para ser reciclado.
  • Disponibilidad para ser adiestrado y realizar tareas de otras posiciones de su mismo nivel.
  • Preparar e imprimir etiquetas para el producto según los requerimientos de las especificaciones.
  • Firmar las etiquetas del producto que ha sido inspeccionado.
  • Verifica conteo de la totalidad del "batch" de producción.
  • Participar en corridas de protocolos, validaciones y en procesos de auditorías cuando son requeridos.
  • Da disposición al material.
  • Asistir durante el proceso de línea clara (Line Clearence) en los cambios de código.
  • Muestrea e inspecciona el producto que se está manufacturando, según el BOM, "SPEC" y SOP aplicables.
  • Documenta resultados de defectos en el sistema de Infinity QS cuando sea requerido.
  • Documentar por medios manuales (ej. Checker Chart) y/o sistema electrónico de POMS la información requerida por especificaciones y procedimientos aplicables. Esto incluye, pero no se limita a parámetros, resultados de pruebas, producciones y otras.
  • Al finalizar el cierre de lote es responsable de entregarle al "líder de Grupo" toda la documentación.
  • Utilizar sistema electrónico (Xinco) y/o manual para la verificación de la documentación vigente.
  • Utilizar el equipo de protección personal requerido.
  • Cumplir en todo momento con las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP), Buenas Prácticas de Documentación (GDP) con las reglas de la compañía y regulaciones de EHS.
  • Responsable por las continuas inspecciones de EHS para identificar y corregir peligros de seguridad y aspectos ambientales. Seguir los procedimientos aplicables, y analizar los incidentes de EHS (incluyendo las fallas cercanas) para encontrar las causas y tomar acciones correctivas.
  • Participar en el adiestramiento (On the job training) del personal en proceso de certificación.
  • Comunicar cualquier desviación en el proceso que impacte o pudiera impactar las métricas operaciones (OEE, Quality, Safety, entre otras).

Lo que aportarás al rol
  • Diploma de cuarto año - Preferible - Experiencia en manufactura, mínimo de (2) dos años en Calidad o areas relacionadas.
  • Conocimiento básico en computadoras, especificaciones y procedimientos gráficos de control, certificaci6n de TIQ, uso de equipo de medición. Comunicación efectiva con el personal.
  • Destreza en comprensión de lectura y buena redacción y documentación. Excelente comunicación y destrezas interpersonales.
  • Saber leer e interpretar Ingles.

DEMANDA FISICA (PHYSICAL DEMANDS):
Trabajo Mediano: Ejerce de 20 lbs hasta 50 lbs. de fuerza ocasionalmente, y/o de 1O lbs. hasta 25Ibs. de fuerza frecuentemente, y/o una cantidad insignificante mayor 10 lbs. de fuerza constantemente para levantar, cargar, empujar, halar y mover objetos. Las demandas de los requerimientos físicos exceden los del Trabajo Liviano. Acorde con la area de inspección visual, se requiere cumplir con los requerimientos visuales atados al análisis del "Physical Task Demand" (Demanda Física del Puesto). Requiere de buenas destrezas motoras.
