Schedule: Friday (5:30-8:30pm), Saturday (9am-8pm), Sunday (9am-5pm) *Hours are approximate and will vary within the listed hours based on location needs weekend to weekend*

Here’s what a Weekend Client Experience Coordinator's day looks like:

  • Respond to all weekend family inquiries (phone, email, in-person) with accurate program information and next steps.
  • Lead engaging tours and consultations that clearly communicate program benefits and drive enrollment interest.
  • Log all leads, inquiries, and tour notes into the CRM system to ensure accurate records and smooth weekday follow-up.
  • Identify and flag high-potential leads for timely weekday enrollment closure.
  • Greet and assist families on-site, ensuring a welcoming and professional weekend front-desk experience.
  • Support orientation for new weekend students, helping families navigate their first visit confidently.
  • Maintain clear communication with current weekend families, sharing updates and gathering feedback to support retention.
  • Provide general operational support, including basic payment assistance, form guidance, and upkeep of the reception area.

Requirements:

This job is for you if you:

  • Have a High School Diploma or GED- required
  • Bring 2+ years of proven success in building enrollment and/or delivering outstanding customer service experience.
  • Available Friday afternoon/evening through Sunday
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • Are a self-­starter, highly motivated, dynamic and creative team player
  • Have excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects/assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Have the ability to leverage technology to support center operations
  • Have previous experience working in an environment with or around children is a plus
  • Are a lifelong learner!

The pay rate for this role is $23 per hour plus eligibility for gratuity.


Physical Demands:

The role involves standing, walking, sitting, constant movement, and occasional climbing. The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds is required. Specific sensory abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus.
