Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Baker Supervisor is responsible for the preparation and monitoring of products to support the Exceptional Guest Experience through the delivery of quality products and service. The Baker Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all baker and back of house team members. Availability for this position must include weekends.


shifts include:

4:00am - 12:30pm

Baker Supervisor roles and responsibilities:


-Follows the guaranteed Always Fresh procedures for product shelf life standards to ensure the best quality product is available to guests

-Delivers consistent and outstanding guest service by maintaining a product showcase that is appealing for guests

- Follows all Operations standards and guidelines for preparation of products and operation of equipment, according to training and operational materials provided 

-Monitors and control waste amounts for baker team.

- Assists in serving guests in the Restaurant Front when necessary

-Regularly takes temperatures of the required products, fridges and freezers and records information in the appropriate logbook.


People Management

-Leads Baker Team members on standards and procedures for all kitchen functions

-Leads new product launches with baker team members

-Supports and leads kitchen deliveries

-Supports and leads food health and safety procedures

-Supports a clean environment that is ready for rush periods and time-sensitive requests through regular clean up, organization and stocking of the kitchen
