Weekend RN Supervisor
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 7:00 AM –11:00 PM
Location: Providence, RI

We are seeking a strong, experienced Weekend RN Supervisor to join our team and provide clinical leadership and support to our nursing staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated RN looking for a leadership role in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a confident clinician, team-oriented leader, and skilled communicator who is committed to delivering high-quality resident care and maintaining regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff

  • Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and regulations

  • Assist with clinical oversight, admissions, assessments, and resident care needs

  • Communicate effectively with staff, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Respond to clinical and operational issues as needed

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in Rhode Island

  • Supervisory and/or long-term care experience preferred

  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills
