Join our team at Lighthouse Rehabilitation and Healthcare Centeras an every-other-weekend RN Supervisor!

Part-time, every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday 7:00a-3:00pm)

Range: $48.00-$55.00 per hour

At Lighthouse Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, we believe that strong clinical leadership is essential to delivering safe, high-quality, and compassionate resident care. Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the RN Supervisor supports daily nursing operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides leadership to nursing staff to promote optimal resident outcomes.

Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:

  • Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.

  • Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.

  • Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.

  • Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.

  • Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.

  • Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.

  • Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.

  • Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of MA.

  • Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

  • Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.

  • No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.

  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
