Compensation
$90,000-$110,000 base salary, plus a 10% performance bonus and separate weekend bonus opportunities
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Manager (Weekend) to lead a high-performing residential plumbing team and keep weekend operations running strong. This role is hands-on, people-focused, and performance-driven. You'll spend the majority of your time in the field supporting plumbers, coaching performance, and ensuring our customers receive consistent 5-star service.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead, manage, and hold plumbing technicians accountable through 1:1s, team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Maintain consistent involvement in company-sponsored and team-building activities
  • Track technician performance and customer interactions, providing individualized coaching
  • Partner closely with Dispatch to ensure the right plumber is assigned to the right job
  • Meet weekly with the Dispatch Manager to review schedules, technician needs, and scorecards
  • Provide ongoing service and sales performance support through ride-alongs, site visits, and coaching
  • Represent, train, and reinforce the Radiant brand and customer experience at all times
  • Understand, enforce, and optimize ServiceTitan processes
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop motivation and incentive programs aligned with company goals
  • Create, reinforce, and enforce truck restock and inventory standards
  • Enforce quality workmanship across the plumbing service team
  • Oversee technician technical assessments and checklist completion
  • Lead safety meetings and promote a safe work environment
  • Oversee customer issue resolution, including site visits, follow-up calls, and coordination with Finance when needed

What We're Looking For
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Technical & Computer Skills
  • Proficient with mobile devices
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceTitan (or similar service software)
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications

Certifications & Licenses
  • Plumbing license appropriate to role (Journeyman or higher preferred)
  • Valid, clean driver's license

Schedule & Work Environment
  • Weekend Manager role: Friday-Tuesday schedule
  • Fully on-site position
  • Approximately 50% of time spent in the field, including weekends
