**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Assist with scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and clients as needed.
