Weekend Zipline Tour Guide Jobs (NOW HIRING)

THE ROLE

As a Tour Guide, you willbe responsible forcreating memorable guest experiences by delivering engaging, informative tours of Highmark Stadium. To meet thehigh expectationsassociated with Legends Global and the Buffalo Bills, it is imperative that service and professionalism of the highest standards are administered daily by each employee associated with the tour department. This role leads daily and private tours, providesaccuratefacts and storytelling, ensures visitor safety, and upholds the service standards expected at Highmark Stadium.

Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will havestate-of-the-arttechnology that will enhance the fan experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Interact and guide visitors through a walking tour of Highmark Stadium in a safe and effective way.

• Present factual,accurateknowledge of Highmark Stadium, the Buffalo Bills, and the city of Buffaloin accordance withthe information provided by the management team.

• Provide exceptional customer service to stadium visitors by welcoming each visitor, serving during their tour experience, andmaintaininga professional image and pleasant demeanor at all times.

• Answer questions from visitorsregardinginformation on daily stadium tour options and other Highmark Stadium offerings such as private tours and private events.

• Collaborate with team members tomonitorthe tour route and ensure smooth tour operations.

• Communicate with teammates and supervisors via 2-way radio to relay updates, coordinate tour timing, and support tour operations.

• Ensuresafetyof all visitors.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilityrequired.

• Ability to communicate effectively with groups of all sizes and guests of diverse ages and backgrounds.

• Relevant customer service experience and ability todemonstratea positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Excellent interpersonal and guest engagement skills.

• Ability to memorize and accurately recite scripted tour facts and information.

• Willingness to be flexible with their schedule and daily assignments, and work on evenings, weekends, and holidays asrequired.

• Computer experience and internet access for scheduling purposes.

• Ability to stand forlong periodsof time, walk long distances, useescalatorsandoperateelevators.

• Ticketmaster Host experience is a plus.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary of $18/hour.
