Job Description:

MHCGM’s Child and Adolescent department, an experienced, dedicated, and family-focused practice, is seeking candidates for an opportunity as a Mental Health Clinician in our Child and Adolescent Program. We currently have openings on the Family Intensive Treatment Team, Level 2, and Level 3 Team. Requirements:

Family Intensive Treatment Team:

Seeking master's Level, Mental Health clinician to provide hybrid community-based/office/remote individual and family therapy. Clinicians support our most vulnerable populations in reaching their mental health goals via therapy, and collaboration with community agencies. The position provides a flexible schedule, great benefits, rewarding work, and dedicated colleagues. Experience with children, teens, and families a plus; strong work ethic; organization; and time management skills. Supervision hours towards NH licensure are provided at no cost. Full-time position.


Duties and Responsibilities:

· Work on an outpatient treatment team to provide individual and family therapy

· Targeted care coordination

· Consultation with medication providers and clinical staff

· Willingness to learn state-of-the-art evidenced based practice

· Use of electronic medical records


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Interest in training in evidence-based practices focused on children, adolescents, and families

· Organizational skills

· Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

· Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile with liability insurance in the amount required by agency policy


Education: Master's degree in psychology, social work, rehab counseling, education/counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required.

Licensure/Certification: NH license is welcomed but not required as we can support employees in obtaining their license.


Level 3 Team

Seeking a Master Level, Mental Health clinician to provide hybrid office/remote/community-based treatment in our Child and Adolescent department. Provides flexible schedule, great benefits, rewarding work, and dedicated colleagues in a team atmosphere. Experience with children, teens, and families a plus; a strong work ethic; and efficient organizational, communication, and time management skills. Supervision hours towards NH licensure are provided at no cost. Full-time position.


Duties and Responsibilities:

· Individual and family therapeutic sessions with children, teens, and families

· Targeted care coordination

· Consultation with medication providers and clinical staff

· Willingness to learn state-of-the-art evidenced based practice

· Use of electronic medical records


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

· Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile with liability insurance in the amount required by agency policy


Education: Master's degree in psychology, social work, rehab counseling, education/counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required.

Level 2 Team

Seeking a Master Level, Mental Health clinician for the Child & Adolescent department. The ideal candidate is seeking a hybrid remote/office-based position to provide therapy to children, adolescents, and their families. Offers flexible schedule, great benefits, rewarding work, and dedicated colleagues. Supervision hours towards NH licensure are provided at no cost. Full-time position.


Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide individual and family therapy

· Consultation with medication providers and clinical staff

· Opportunity for growth in utilizing evidence-based practices


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Basic understanding of mental health disorders and psychotropic medications

· Ability to build and maintain rapport with children, adolescents, and their families

· Culturally sensitive

· Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

Education: Master's degree in psychology, social work, rehab counseling, education/counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required.


Licensure/Certification: NH license is welcomed but not required as we can support employees in obtaining their license.
