Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Meraki support: Provide technical support for Meraki solutions, diagnosing and resolving network incidents across client environments.
  • Understand RF Optimization and 802.11.
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 support: Act as an escalation point for complex Meraki-related issues, offering expert guidance to junior engineers.
  • Client engagement: Proactively engage with clients to maintain high satisfaction, ensuring clear communication on issue resolutions and network enhancements.
  • Network optimization: Identify and implement improvements to client networks using Meraki’s features for enhanced performance and reliability.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client networks, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Meraki expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki products, including dashboards, switches, and access points. Meraki certification preferred.
  • Analytical mindset: Excellent troubleshooting skills, capable of diagnosing complex network issues.
  • Customer-focused: Skilled in client interactions and communicating technical solutions in a clear and approachable manner.
  • Team player: Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment, mentoring and supporting junior engineers.
