Job description

Marhofer Renewables is a small service provider in the wind industry. Established in 2019, we staff approximately 30-35 technicians and service Fortune 10-500 companies that own a renewable energy portfolio. We are responsible for traveling to different wind turbine job sites across the nation to perform maintenance, bolt extraction, climb assist installations, turbine inspection and other aftermarket retrofit services. We support a variety of different clients that own different OEM wind turbine platforms. 

Our goal is to maintain and grow a team that consists of a hardworking, knowledgeable technicians that work together with integrity and a positive attitude that is focused on learning the process for each job we work on, performing our work safely and efficiently so we can remain compliant on the job while proactively avoid injuries and wasted time. 

We are a business that operates on contracts so it is essential that we have a team that knows or can learn how to be compliant and work together as a team so we can efficiently perform our work and obtain more jobs.
