Job Summary
Production Assistants (PAs) will work various live events on campus, including commencements, sports, student affairs, and special events. PAs will operate various audio/visual equipment, such as cameras, audio mixers/mics/speakers, video switchers/playback machines, etc.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be a current University of West Georgia student enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours and maintaining at least a 2.0 cumulative grade-point average.
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs
  • Sit/stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous live event production experience

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Must have some knowledge of broadcast operations.
