Position Summary
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll apply your hands-on expertise to keep our equipment, systems, and production environment running smoothly and safely. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make an impact.
What You'll Do
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and welding systems
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components, including control systems
  • Assemble, disassemble, clean, lubricate, and replace machine parts
  • Weld and repair structures, machinery, tanks, valves, and sheet metal
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
  • Ensure all maintenance work meets OSHA and safety standards
  • Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and equipment
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding repairs beyond scope

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least two (2) years of industrial or facility maintenance experience
  • Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems and welding
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, solutions-focused attitude
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred:
  • High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements
  • Regular standing, walking, and use of hands in repetitive motions
  • Frequent reaching above shoulder level
  • Occasional stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs
  • Ability to work around moving mechanical parts, chemicals, fumes, and varying noise levels
  • Work environments ranging from 35° to 95°+ Fahrenheit
