Accurate Specialty Metal Fabricators is seeking an experienced Welder / Metal Fabricator with strong TIG and MIG welding experience to fabricate high-end architectural metal systems for commercial construction projects. Union enrollment and benefits.


Responsibilities

  • Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
  • Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication blueprints.
  • Fabricate, fit, and assemble architectural metal components.
  • Produce high-quality welds that meet company standards.
  • Operate fabrication equipment and maintain a safe work area.
  • Work with shop supervisors to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of welding/fabrication experience.
  • TIG and MIG welding proficiency.
  • Experience with stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
  • Ability to read fabrication drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Architectural or ornamental metal fabrication experience.
