Job description

TMCO is currently hiring skilled Welders for our 1st and 2nd shift team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in MIG and TIG welding across various materials (e.g., steel, aluminum, stainless)
  • Ability to independently set up and operate welding equipment
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
  • Experience using standard welding tools and equipment (grinders, clamps, measuring tools)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and follow verbal and written work instructions

Job Duties

  • Perform welding tasks in multiple positions and directions as required by project specifications
  • Operate grinders or other tools to clean or finish welded joints for functionality or cosmetic purposes
  • Inspect and clean welds to ensure they meet visual and dimensional standards
  • Follow established safety protocols while working with welding equipment and hot materials
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment
